Rolling Start groups of runners any order.
Branch Packs containing - Shooting Targets and Running chips will be handed out in advance at the pool on Sunday 22 March 2026.
Each Club MUST NOMINATE one person who will collect and distribute all their club's Shooting targets and running chips.
PLEASE BE AT THE POOL AND READY TO SWIM 15 MINS BEFORE YOUR SWIM WARM-UP TIME.
TIME IN THE POOL IS EXTREMELY TIGHT AND LATE ARRIVALS MAY NOT BE ACCOMMODATED
BAKE SALE & RAFFLE
There will be a bake sale and Raffle at the triathlon final on Sunday morning in aid of the International travel fund.
All support really appreciated and don't forget to bring some cash for those goodies !!

Provisional results will be posted throughout the event for the individual phases as the competition progresses.

Please be aware that results will be updated as the event progresses
and will change during the competition.
FINAL RESULTS for each PHASE will be indicated once posted,
ie., when all competitors have completed the phases and any queries submitted within the time allowed have been addressed.
